It is hard to predict how long our work together will last as it depends on your individual goals. Throughout our work together we will revisit your goals to ensure you are the making the progress you hope to see.

I believe therapy is most beneficial when there is consistency, so I aim to meet with clients weekly. My policy is to meet weekly during the initial assessment period in order to establish trust and a good rapport. In some cases I am open to checking in after the initial assessment period to determine if an alternative cadence is appropriate.

My rate varies based on configuration of therapy and session length. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots. I am happy to discuss my fee structure and find a price point that feels accessible for you within this structure.
I am considered an out-of-network provider, and do not accept insurance directly. I can provide a monthly super bill that some insurance providers will accept for full or partial reimbursement. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly for more information about your reimbursement eligibility.

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you miss your appointment, cancel, or change your appointment with less than 24-hours notice, you will be charged the full fee.

Yes. I see clients in-person in Oakland and San Francisco, and virtually across California.
